TR&CI, Tripura maintains an Ethno-Cultural Museum namely Tripura state Tribal Museum. The museum was inaugurated by the Honourable Chief Minister, Tripura along with other dignitaries on 23rd September 2009.

In this museum one can get the idea about the 19 Different Tribes of Tripura and their language, culture, socio-economic condition every day life. Beside there are display of Tribal Dress, Ornaments, Artifacts, Weaving materials, Hunting and fishing materials and all sort of musical instruments. In this Museum, there is a small auditorium for projection of tribal ethnic culture through video before the visitors, students and researchers.

Entry: Free
Museum visiting times: 10:00pm to 5:00pm on all working days (except Govt. Holidays)
